With a maximum of 6 clients per sessions, our online semi-private classes are fine-tuned to each individual’s needs, encompassing:
Fitness Level, Physical and Mental Health, and Dietary Goals
A combination of Ballet, Persian Dance and Tai Chi. Focus is placed on increasing balance, coordination and flexibility

A combination of unique cardio workouts using a variety of heart-pumping techniques.
Tues/Thurs 5:30 PM
Introduction to martial arts fitness & self defense techniques by encompassing various exercises, including powerful strength training, endurance & increased coordination. Intense cardio, flexibility & a well-rounded combat-style workout.
Wed 6-6:25 PM
Fast paced combination of the boxing basics & taekwondo kicks. Time is spent alternating between the large punching bag & ground-based techniques.
A combination of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga. Focus is placed on increasing flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Showcasing a variety of unique & intense abs workouts, concentrating on core & ab muscles only.
Intense & unique variety of lower body exercises, which is focused on glutes, hamstring, and other lower body muscle groups.
